Don't bother. Quality of the product not worth the price, and took over 6 weeks for the 2nd out of the 2 pairs to arrive.

I had my glasses reglazed by Optically. It did take 8 weeks from me sending them away, but they did a wonderful job. I loved my old frames but couldn't afford to buy another pair of transitional glasses from my regular optician. When I contacted Optically they were very accommodating. I would have no problem dealing with them again.

I really wish I had read the reviews before purchasing glasses from this company. They took two months to arrive, although I paid a fee to expedite. When they arrive my prescription was wrong and the frames were damaged. I'll be requesting a refund from my credit card company. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY AN ABSOLUTE SCAM.

Do not waste your time or money with Optically. They received my frames to be reglazed in January and I did not receive them back until mid-May. Their customer service is disorganised and unprofessional. Whenever I got in touch with them, I was given conflicting reasons why my order had been delayed. I was given false reassurance that my order would be shipped in an arbitrary number of business days over and over again. When I kept calling to ask what was happening because the shipping information never showed any change, they said they needed to check with their lab and that they would get in touch with an update in a given timeframe. However, they always failed to do so and I had to call them again and again. It felt like they were just buying time...Eventually I was told that one of my frames had been reglazed but they needed to source lenses from overseas for my other frames which was why my order was delayed. Even if this was the case, this does not justify a 4 month wait. I asked for them to send the finished pair first as I needed a pair of glasses ASAP. This did not happen. After seeing other Google reviews I can see that many others had a similar experience. I wish I saw these reviews before sending my frames to Optically. This was the most stressful online shopping experience I have ever had - and I do a lot of online shopping! It was a waste of my time and money. I would give zero stars if I could.

Very poor communication, leaves you wondering if its a scam. Website states approx 2 week delivery, takes at least 1 month. Have done 3 orders now and no sign of improvement, i suggest looking elsewhere which is what i will be doing

Used their reglazing service to put lenses on a brand-new set of frames. Took far longer than expected and when they finally arrived, the frame was cracked.

I ordered a pair of progressives from Optically. Unfortunately their promise of 'Fast Delivery' and 'Order Status Updates via Email' are not true in my case. This has been the longest I have waited for pretty much any online purchase ever. The company brands itself as a New Zealand company, and as I live in N,Z.I thought I'd try and support them. 6 weeks later, my glasses are still not here. Perhaps this company is operating in a parallel universe where the planet revolves a little more slowly, but even then, why are there no e-mail updates as promised? The online order tracker does a woeful job of indicating status of the order once it has been 'dispatched'. I doubt that this online tracker is actually even a real representation of where the order is within the company as my trust in the organization as an online retailer is now extremely low. I should have read these reviews before I ordered. If my glasses arrive I'll update this review with a note about the quality of the product. As of now though... DO NOT USE THIS SITE TO ORDER FROM! There are a lot of better online options to choose from at similar prices and as I found out he hard way just because a company has a .co.nz address and a NZ phone number doesn’t mean they are actually in New Zealand

Don't bother, one of the worst…This has got to be one of the worst Eyewear suppliers ever! I would never ever use them again after what happened. I waited over 5 weeks to get my glasses, had to mail them multiple times and ask what was going on and then there was more delays because of quality issues with the initial order.The glasses I received where not cheap and the packaging was hideous, a simple case and nothing else. Then after only 6 weeks, the spectacles started to break down on the bridge (I paid NZ$285 for these glasses), so i had to send them in for repair. Waited over 2 weeks and got notified that the address their customer service provided was entirely wrong.Then they promised a refund and that's now been another week and still haven't received anything....Now they told me they won't do a refund and apologised for their mistake about the previous promise to refund the money.The glasses still sit at the depot of the courier and they can't even be bothered to pick them up from there. What a joke!Stay away from these guys. Terrible service, terrible product quality and even worse customer service.

Wish I'd read these reviews before ordering. Took a month for them to send the glasses, when they got to NZ (because they're not made in New Zealand) the label had come off. They tried to make it my problem to call the courier company back in Australia after they'd been returned. Still haven't got them.

Affordable and they look great!The website is easy to navigate and I ordered three pairs of glasses they were so cheap.All arrived quickly and I am so impressed with the design and quality, its a complete value for moneyThey are great to wear and I wouldn’t hesitate to buy from Optically again.
