Can’t thank the Team at Total Care Removals enough. Honestly from the moment I was quoted all the way up until the day I had emptied my unit out their Customer Service has been the greatest. Jean was so good communicating with me and so fast at responding back. Trixie was so understandable when I needed to suspended a bill with them and the Guys at Belfast branch were always asking me if I needed a hand with anything - loved that when I went to the unit I never once felt intimidated with males around instead they were welcoming and always acknowledged me even if it was just a wee nod and a smile while we passed each other. I’ll be sure to recommend these guys like I was recommended by a friend. Definitely will use them again.

Big scratch onto grand piano when repeatedly asked if they have experience moving piano. The reply we got back was“I will speak with my boss but you were advised in several emails that goods are carried at “owners risk” and you were sent information about covering should there be any accidental damage caused but you declined to contact us and arrange cover.Kind RegardsJean”

Two men and a truck moved our furniture.An excellent job done in an efficient, fast and knowledgeable manner with great care.Would highly recommend them.

I had a brilliant experience with the Total Care Removals team. Communication was great from quote to booking to post-move, and the movers themselves packed up my flat with great efficiency and care. It was also terrific that they came back to pick up the boxes and packing paper to reuse once I'd fully unpacked – far better environment-wise, but also saving me a couple of trips to the recycling centre. Super nice, reliable, professional operation. Thanks team.

Excellent moving company. Everything from providing the quote, to booking the truck and crew and moving day was easy and stress free. Option for moving insurance was provided but not forced when declined. Truck and crew arrived on time. The crew are very obliging, friendly, professional and efficient. All 3 crew members worked quickly and as a team to load and unload the truck. Most importantly, nothing was lost or broken.

Had Total Care Removals who also operate as Christchurch Removals, booked to arrive between 11:30am - 1:30pm to move our large furniture only to our new house. By 2:15pm nobody had arrived so gave them a call. Was given a mobile phone number for Brandon & was told to leave a text if I got no answer. After about 1/2 an hour he got back to me saying the movers were busy as the job booked before was bigger than they had expected. Advised they would be about another 1.5 hours from arriving. He was of course apologetic.Movers finally arrived after 4pm.Very frustrating as had a carpet cleaner booked for 3:30pm & had to send them away as they couldn't wait. Had paid a deposit to carpet cleaner which wasn't refundable due to cancellation of less than 24 hrs notice. New owner of our house taking possession of our house the following afternoon so not possible to rebook.Movers themselves were ok, nothing got damaged.All in all not a good experience & would not use this company again.

We chose Total Care Removals in Christchurch when we moved out for earthquake repairs recently. They were great. Brandon Lafaele, went out of his way to tailor an affordable package for us that was exactly what we needed, including packing, storage and delivery back to our house after the repairs.The team who packed for us were fast and efficient and everyone from Jean in the office, to the guy who drove the truck, was friendly and responsive.Total Care made our moves easy and I recommend their reliable and friendly service. I was very impressed with the efficiency and professionalism of Total Care Removals. When I phoned to organise the move I found Jean to be extremely pleasant and helpful. Instead of being stressful, the whole process was very quick and went surprisingly smoothly. The guys also took great care moving my items to my new home. I have used other companies in the past but Total Care was certainly the best.
