Honestly… such a disgusting disappointment of staff at this store I’ve rung in nearly 33 times today and haven’t been called back and the one time they answer they hang up cause I have an attitude all of these people need to go and new staff need to be hired it’s not okay. Not to mention using the term yeah nah nothing we can do for you is not professional.

I bought a new phone with a screen protector, the screen protector was not put properly. Went there couple a weeks after and was told that I would be getting a new free screen protector but unfortunately they are out of stock and will call me once it arrives, Went there a month after and was told the same thing. It's been 2 months l, haven't heard back from them. I bought a few extra gadgets as well with my phone and I expected better service. Highly disappointed

No one ever answers phone calls or emails. Went into queen street store and they told me to just call their 0800 which I told them I have many times but it never goes through and the young girl serving me just laughed then said sorry you just have to keep trying". Such a useless company! I've been trying to cancel my account with them as well but it just keeps saying "error" on my account. Have a colleague having the same issue. Just terrible service!"

Absolutely pathetic customer service. Bought a new sim did a 19$ top up at the same time in the store then the Operator Hasandi tells me they have a issue with the system and can’t do the top up now it will be done within 1-2 hours and obviously it wasn’t done called them the next day and she said I’ll call you back again guess what never received a call back went to the store again after 2 days informed a whole new customer service agent in the store of the situation and then he tells me we can’t do anything and you need to call customer service for the top up. Whosoever is responsible or managing this store needs to hire better staff or train their staff to resolve these issues not keep making up excuses and passing the problem onto someone else. Thanks for the terrible waste of time

Most of the staff are not helpful and not polite. They are really far way from the good customer service. Usually, if they have more people inside, they will close early ,even 30 minutes before their working hours.
