fantastic team. what a fantastic team who work so well together. we had ongoing support and advice while selling our house with mel and rebecca at teams stevens. they have excellent knowledge and experience which really helped us through the process. we would highly recommend these ladies.

First͏ house buyer breezeMaking͏ our first home purchase through Gordon went much easier than anticipated. Gordon was great at communication throughout the whole process so we knew what stage were at all the time. He was happy to work around our schedule to make things work and has checked in numerous times even after purchase. Would recommend!

Put offer in on house with Stephen WiltonSales Associate and was told might go to multi offer but there was a deadline set at 1 o'clock on Wednesday. Our offer was in before then and we were told it would be presented on Thursday at 1 then Friday at 6 then again changed till 6 on Thursday. 2 o'clock on the thursday get a text to say gone to multi even tho dead line was 24 hours earlier. Get phone call Thursday to say will be contacted Sunday to be told what was happening . Lunch time Monday after not hearing ant thing I messaged Steven and was told offers were getting presented Tuesday???The hole ordeal was really disappointing and disorganized. There was a huge lack of communication and In general we felt really mucked around and mislead.I wouldn't recommend buying or selling a property through them!
