This was due for a long time.I bumped into Albert from Everest.co.nz when I was looking for a second opinion on our existing subdivision plan (how lucky I could be since we had some real complex challenges with our previous surveyor). It was absolutely wonderful working with Albert on our title update. He is organsied, efficient and keeps to the timelines. You won't need to chase anyone, Albert updated us every step of the process. I would highly recommend Albert and his company if you want stress free process.
