Amazing experience - I had mani, gel pedi, and yumi lash lift, the ladies were all so friendly and helpful. The lash lift is so good - the best results I have ever had. Highly recommend

Excellent service and communication. I called up last minute for a walk-in gel removal and then manicure, initially they were too full and explained this over the phone - I was happy to book for a later date. A couple of minutes later I received a call back from them saying they were able to squeeze me in (amazing). At the salon, they were friendly, asked me about my preferences, and at every step, double checked that what I had initially said I was happy with. Pricing is fair and totally reflective of service.

So bad! The lady was extremely rude every time I looked at my friend she would yell at me sit still and was just really rude! She was not very careful or gentle she was just grabbing my finger really tight everytime she was working on it, SO RUDE! Now just over a week later my nail has snapped in half when she said it would last three week! Wont be going back there again

Went in today and got soft gel extensions and they turned out fine but was very shocked when I went to pay and they were $95 when most other places I have been they were between $65-$85My friend also had her nails done and got acrylics and they charged her $105 which is just ridiculousWon’t be going back!

Only come here if you are willing to wait on average 30 minutes for your scheduled appointment. The last 4 times I have visited I have waited between 25-45 minutes, each time hoping I wouldn’t have the same experience.Today’s experience: I called up at 4pm on Friday to book an appointment for 10:30am on Saturday, you’d think that when I booked the team would have good visibility over the next morning’s appointments and would be able to suggest a realistic time for my appointment. But no, I waited 25 minutes before I was seen – disappointing to waste such precious time on the weekend.I can see from the other reviews this is an ongoing issue and also saw another lady walk out, sick of waiting, this morning.The Nail Bar team, please consider ways to better manage your booking system. You do a good job at brows and nails, but this poor customer service isn’t up to scratch.

Waited 45 minutes for my appointment before having to leave, even had two people who came after me seated. Appreciate things run over but that length of time is simply mismanagement, and I should have been given an accurate update when I asked - was told twice just 5 minutes to go but was never seen.

Always take great care of me, and never say no to all the silly designs I come in with. A group of VERY talented ladies, and my nails have never looked better!
