Very impressive team. John gave good idea about cost and possible variations. Our house was a difficult site. Workers turned up on days scheduled at 7 am and worked effectively all day. Easy to connect with workers. Work completed on time and very tidy cleanup. Very happy with this company.

A multi part review.1 Up Side:the people doing the work appeared very experienced and professional.2 Down Side:The initial quote was wildly off in scope, cost and time, and the requirements to destroy our bathroom floor before the works commence. 40 mins after the crew arrived we were informed there had been no need to rip up the bathroom floor. Replacement was thousands of dollars and also required 2 plumbing visits. due to needing the removal of the pan then replacement after floor replacement. This cost is thousands.3 Up Side:Grant the owner understood what had happened and made some adjustment to the final cost to in some way recompense our costs.TLDR:Don't rip up your floor till the actual crew have confirmed that it's essential and get a detailed breakdown of every aspect of what you will be paying for.
