Clean, new gym with friendly staff and plenty of equipment.

Pool facility is good but there are often random events and cleaning schedules that effect opening hours. I recommend calling before driving in!

Overall pool and facilities are good. My kid enjoys the swimming lessons and the pool there.However, I would prefer no outdoor shoes policy in the pool area.

A very well maintained facility offering a Gym, Swimming pool and kids and family entertainment pool. A lot of parking is available and the staff is very welcoming, polite and professional. The Gymnasium has got state of the art machines and equipment.

Always take my 14 month old here and he absolutely loves it. Always clean and warm when we need to change him in the change rooms.

Don't go on a Tuesday evening, there's a loud water aerobics class .Good facilities.

Because of the only lift is still out of order,Including today there already were four time s in a row that my client on wheelchair was unable to go to level 1 gym since early December. I thought this is a shame on disable friendly New Zealand.

Great swimming pools, fun for the kids, nice party area, and ample parking. I would prefer private shower areas though... pools close sometimes without prior notice. My son almost drowned once and the young life guards didn’t even notice, just standing around chatting and looking pretty so don’t really know what they’re there for? Otherwise not too bad, we still enjoy it and visit often.

Really bad experience here unfortunately. I had my 9 year old and 4 year old with me. We got there at 430 and there was a line. We waited as we were told it would be about 15 min . By the time 530 came, we were told they are waiting for people to leave the pool as the amount of life Guards was too low for the amount of people. We continued to wait just to be told nobody could go in now until 615.. which meant we were entitled to a 45 min swim, not even the amount of time we were waiting . I would of appreciated to be informed of the actual situation earlier , eg: we have Staff members knocking off at this time instead of waiting for last minute. Maybe not enough Staff and I definitely felt there was no compassion toward the parents in line who waited hours . Please , sort this out.
