Very disappointed! Conrad came over to check a leak in my roof. said he would be back next week to fix it, as he lives close-by but never showed up. I followed up a few times, finally got through and gave me a poor excuse why he couldn’t complete the job, maybe if you just communicated that to me instead of wasting my time.*Conrad, thanks for your response - this clearly was not the case. I was happy to pay for your initial quote! After reviewing the leak you gave me a price which I offered to pay for on the spot, with you to come back the following week? You were very helpful and advised that our roof was in good condition and suggested we look into getting roof painted to avoid any further maintenance. Which we have booked in for 2023. I clearly explained on the phone before you booked this job in, I had a leak in the hip joint, if you don’t do repairs why did you turn up in the first place? Very confusing!

Conrad was great to deal with. He showed up on time and completed a gutter clean as well as a downpipe installation to a problematic gutter at my home. His communication was excellent and I was kept informed throughout the entire job. The downpipe looks great and has kept the gutter well drained. I would recommend him and Scottaleak to any one.
