Good gym with 24 hour access, friendly helpful staff and a good team of personal trainers with diversity of experience and expertise. All the basic gym equipment plus and is spacious with well set up stretching space. Has a utilitarian feel due to the concrete stadium walls it is contained by, but funky cartoon super hero paintings on parts of the walls bring it to life.Useful merchandise for sale from protein powder to socks and a generous freebie scheme based on number of visits once you log into the membership app. Have been there for 9 months and can see that continuing well into the future.

Great atmosphere, welcoming staff and overall a really good gym! Phil and Ben have been super helpful is helping me identify goals as an athlete as well as plan out how to achieve them. Definitely should check it out!
