Dropped the car with a series of very hard to source parts. They have done a great job in completely overhauling and replacing just about everythibg to avoid needing a furtger replacement or repair down the track. Thanks guys

My friend has Mazda Verisa 2009, she complaint around noise when turning air condition. I had a quick look and I thought it is going to be pulley / clutch or bearing. I have called guys and we talk worse case scenario, that compressor replacement + filling system and work would be 1500-2000$. My friend gave them a car to inspect and they were able to identify problem inside compressor, which they have fixed. They added new refrigerant, new lubricant for compressor, leak tested and also changed cabin filter as it was nasty. All job together 373.46$ which was a big relief for my friend. Very happy with service as car is running smoothly, no harsh ticking sounds and AC is so cold! I would definitely recommend these guys, as they know what they are doing and are honest about the job.

Highly recommend - had an issue with our AC and they checked and advised the problem was electrical then referred us to a great Auto Electrician. Very friendly, professional and amazing to deal with - will be recommending to all friends and family and use again in future if we need! Thanks!!

Highly recommended. I have call them last minute but still invited me for a inspection and found the issue and fixed. They were clear about the inspection cost and the rest so no BS.

Very honest!I brought my car to repair the faulty AC. They couldn't find the issue and explained to me that it could take few hours to localised where the power was stopped on the way to the compressor (making easy for me to understand, without taking down to me, that was very nice). But while explaining the guy just looked a bit further and fixed it. So, despite I gave them the green light to book me again, and pay extra fees, they tried to get fixed right away. That was very honest, I wouldn't even understand they would have over charged me if I had to come back, so I am particularly appreciating and highly recommending them

Very poor experience. not recommended from my side. I have taken my car there in Jan 2023 as the AC fan was stopped working. I also mentioned that it works sometimes and sometimes not. They said come for an inspection and we will provide you a quotation and will also let you know what the issue is. They did 10-15 mins of inspection and given me the quotation of 800 plus saying that resistor and fan both are faulty and needs to be changed. I went to another place and that guy did the inspection and fixed the issue in 150 only. The issue was only with resistor and not the fan. Also I want to mention one big problem with Auckland Auto Air is that at the time of inspection appointment booking they didn't mention any inspection charges. When I went there that time also they didn't mention anything about inspection charges, however after - 10-15 mins of inspection they gave me the quotation and said that you have to pay 80 for inspection now. If you fix the problem with us in future then we will deduct this amount. I was like shocked. Come on. You guys should have told at the time of booking about this. Very unprofessional. However on the other hand where I fixed my issue that guy didn't charged me anything for inspection as well. Really very bad experience Auckland Auto Air. I came to you after looking at the so many good reviews from other people but its totally opposite.

The worst service ever. They charged me 1500 for replacing the AC and then found out the power is not provided for the A/C which requires up to 1500 more. And funny thing is that they NEVER NOTICED WHILE INSPECTING or replacement. they noticed after everything was done. I complain to them and they refused to refund or even undo everything. The most they suggested was to buy the compressor and the gas for 700. very poor service and very impolite people. they used some F words even. I will sue them and will update this review.You can read the description on the invoice which clearly states their poor service.

Akl Auto Air fixed the problem in 2 hours for a very fair price. Very happy. Cool Car Onehunga who reconditioned the aircon thought the problem was a faulty fan, therefor auto electrical problem, Honda East don't service aircon, two auto electrical garages shied away. My own garage referred me to same auto electrician who couldn't find a wiring diagram. Wish I had have gone to Akl Auto Air in the first place.

Phoned up the previous day 2/08/21 to have my Hyundai Sonata's ac system checked for a fault as the car lost all its refridgerant gas. Came in for 8 am the next day 3/08/21 and Within half an hour of diagnosing the cause was to be a faulty O-ring on one of the ac hoses or ac pump i can't remember which one. Total cost was honest and fair and fast. A vacuum pump down of the system to remove moisture and hold negative pressure and leak dye test with regass was included.
