Palm Tree Rest Home

We were very happy with the new owners/manager of the Palm Tree Rest home. On taking over the rest home in August 2022 the new management immediately made a number of improvements both to the physical aspects of the rest home, which made it more welcoming and the procedures within it.Our aunt was living there at the time and we were impressed at how responsive the new owner/manager was to discussing how we could best work together for our aunt. The manager was very accessible and easy to communicate with and extremely prompt at implementing ideas agreed to.Sadly our aunt then became unwell and passed away a few weeks later. However, I know that my partner was very appreciative of the staff's caring of and about our aunt and herself during this very challenging time.We wish the staff and residents well.
