Tried calling the 0800 number to talk to a representative, but there is no option to talk to a real person for a complaint about a NZ Post driver. Not a very good site to navigate or to find how to put in a complaint....

Don’t expect anything on time, or any help for that matter drivers are useless. Picked up my parcel for delivery 6 days in a row now, still no show. Useless

A little disappointed with nz post. Got an email saying sorry we missed you. Not sure how you could miss me when you never knocked at the door to begin with. I’ve had this happen a couple times now so getting a bit bothered by it. Tried to get a hold of nz post but no one wanted to pick up. Disappointing

They have no idea where my package is, was ment to be delivered days ago and were trying to get hold of their driver for 45 minutes with no luck and was looking to us as to what to do next and are now closed. Bad customer service.

Always so friendly & helpful. Even when they are flat out they always make you feel like your job is important. Especially at this time of year when they are working long hours they still have a smile & a friendly chat. Good work team & Merry Christmas.

Lovely staff, very helpful. Travelling in a camper, they actually call me when things arrive and take time to search things out. Super people.

Very bad service...won't use them again...got an email in am that I will get my parcel on same day....didn't reieved my parcel on that day and no contact from nzpost when my parcel will will be posted and later end of day called them and they said will deliver on next morning.....

My local Postman is a *MINTA* (Hospital Hill area, Napier). I got My Van stuck on a Curb in My Driveway and was surely going to be late for Work. With a small push from Him We got Van unstuck and I made it too Work on time.
