I have no idea who the people who gave 1 star reviews actually engaged with, but it certainly wasn't James, who is one of the nicest, most honest and upfront guys I know. I can only assume that he's being trolled or that one of his competitors is jealous of the fantastic work that he does.

If you're lucky enough to get James Hancox to work on your project than well done you for booking him in the first place. If it's your first time working with him then be prepared to have a guy who goes the extra mile, won't rip you off and delivers work that will either leave others speechless when you show them or return nothing but compliments. I've used James skills for various photos and web builds over the years and can't give enough compliments. For someone who listens and makes sure it gets done the way you want it, go with JW.

James helped us out with taking LinkedIn profile photos for a careers day I went to. So friendly and professional, got us to relax so the photos came out lovely and natural.
