Good little motel with great self catering rooms. Parking might be cramped so phone ahead to confirm. Train station is across the road with some decent restaurants just a little further up.

Friendly service, clean room, good location. Feels more like a motel / boutique place. We expected a bigger hotel but it was still very nice.

Pretty good place overall. I had a corner room closest to the road - it was small but fine for one or two people. Not much to complain about - wifi could've been faster, and I occasionally heard noise from the train but it wasn't loud enough for it to he a problem. The owner is also super nice.

The best motel I have stayed in quite a while. Manager is a very nice guy helpful & as busy as he was still couldn't do enough to help. Linens were clean & so was the shower toilet etc. If you need a last minute booking he will do his best to help.

Good location in hip Eden Park, but rooms were a bit away from the busy street. Room was comfortable and sufficient for our one-night stay. WiFi was reliable and not slow.

Absolutely loved this delightful villa. We stayed in a two room unit, there was even a small table on the little veranda area outside our window for a lovely takeaway dinner experience. The rooms were great, bed comfortable, the unit was exceptionally clean and welcoming. Free WIFI and good speed. The owner was welcoming, with very clear communication which was also very welcome and made our stay very easy. It is very close to the rail station, some exceptional eating places, bars, takeaways and of course the park!

We really enjoy the motel. It is clean. The room was spacious. You have free parking. Good wifi. Air conditioning. You have restaurants around. A gas station close by. The owner is very polite and helpful. Basically you have everything that you need. We will go again for sure, and we strongly recomand it.And if you want to go to Eden Park, this motel is the ideal place (on the other side of the street, only 50 meters away).
