Blackbird Hire was an absolute dream to work with. If I could rate higher than 5 stars, I would!! I met with Alice a few times before my wedding day to brainstorm how we could make my vision come to life and this lady is a wonder woman! Not once was I made to feel like I was dreaming too big. Everything was within reach and I can’t imagine how my day would have come together without her. I originally went to her thinking I would just be hiring some furniture and decorations but she managed to help solve so many other things for me - she organized bar staff for me, set up and pack down, on the day coordination… if she didn’t already have the items I needed, she sourced it for me and even custom made some items too! If I had gone anywhere else for these services it wouldn’t have been the same level of service. Alice really made me feel like I was working alongside a family friend throughout the whole process. She went above and beyond anything I could have expected. Their products are of amazing quality and great craftsmanship. Such a great collection. Her staff were fantastic too! Super creative with the set up and understood the vision completely. Everything couldn’t have come together more perfectly. Their pricing is very competitive too! If you are considering hiring furniture, decor, bar staff, on the day coordination, or anything within that realm - I 100% without a doubt recommend contacting Blackbird Hire.

Blackbird was the dream come true for our wedding day and I will recommend them to every engaged couple I meet! I have no doubt our wedding was only so special because of Alice and her team's work, advice, dedication and hard work. From the moment we met, they put us at ease and no task was too hard. Their deep knowledge of our specific venue (West Eyreton Hall), their recommendation of a ceremony venue, and their excellent industry knowledge and advice for what works/doesn't work absolutely saved the day.Every little question I had was answered and Blackbird thought of all the little things we forgot! When we realised we didn't have enough cutlery the day before, Alice got us some at the last minute. When our wine with custom-made labels needed to be chilled, Alice organised ziplock bags for them to go in so the labels wouldn't fade. When we were contemplating bringing our dogs to the ceremony, Blackbird were going to look after them for part of the day.Our wedding day started with a beautiful outdoor ceremony, quickly followed by a thunder storm. This led to a very quick change of plans and furniture being brought inside. Nothing was too hard for Blackbird and they did it all so quickly. When any issues came up on the day, I was none the wiser and only found out later, which was amazing!The equipment we hired was all fantastic. I was a big fan of the barrels, chairs, and outdoor furniture in particular. However the best addition was paying for on the day coordination - something we didn't think about initially but it meant we and our families enjoyed our day.Honestly I almost want to get married again just so I can work with Blackbird again.. but I'll find another event to use them for in the future, I'm sure!
