Pathetic when they say that they 'understand' when they have the mental capacity of a child. A toddler moves faster than them. expect nothing more than utter confusion

Currently on hold, have been for about 20 minutes now, likely will be for another 20. Hate having to call them when there’s an issue because of the huge wait time, but there’s no other way to get in contact. Really wish there was a better way/more staff to help out.

Has taken nearly 4 months to send me my contract. Then asked me to upload documents I had already uploaded instead of approving the contract. I can't upload the documents they have requested as connect says I have already uploaded them". What an absolute joke of a service. Uni starts next week

they close so early and and are so incredibly slow to process literally anything. And for some reason they recommend you access my studylink to check the status of your student allowance/loan, but the website will not even let me access it until it is approved.

Want to be put on hold for over 20 minutes and have the line just hang up on you multiple times? Have you ever dreamed of trying to log in to an account and needing a code that it wont send you because your contact number supposedly isnt available? What about those days where you try to apply for something and the answer you need isnt even on the list so you have to call but your call wont get through? If these are things you love then great news! Study link is perfect for you! With there 1 star help lines they will take up more than one of your days before giving you a 5 minute conversation! And that's not all, they have a very special offer for those that call now! You will be randomly hung up on after a long waiting period, not once, but at least two times! So what are you waiting for ? Wayste all your time and call now!

Contracts never arrive, they take months to update anything, but if you take more than a couple weeks they will close your contract.

So sick of dealing with this service. They told me to call them back once I uploaded my forms so they could push through my application, connect emailed me saying they had been sent through so I waited in queue and let them know the documents have been sent, only to be told I should’ve waited 4 more days. Absolutely ridiculous, stop wasting my time. It’s also really insulting finally getting on the phone with someone only for them to ask about my parental application forms, what parents!!!? How many times do I have to repeat myself.

Waited for more than an hour for someone to answer. When they finally answered they were no help at all, they refuse to help people trying fill out all of their ridiculous and completely unnecessary forms, thank you study link for making the last few months the most stressful when they shouldn’t of been.

utterly laughable, pisspoor management and administration that could almost be considered exploitative of us students who need these services. my completed forms are just sitting there and my application is still incomplete– i'm convinced they just don't care, at this point. you could get dogs to do this job better.
