Having experience poor service from a well known Hearing company I decide to switch to Triton ------ best move ever with their communication and professionalism along with great customer service I will be returning as often as required.

Was asked to go get a fully hearing test for a job application. The team was fast, flexible with bookings, professional and informative. The whole process was straight-forward and stuff was explained as we went to help keep me in the loop.

During my recent experience, nothing was too difficult for him, and he was honest about technical questions he could not answer pertaining to hearing aid equipment and technology, but he never failed to follow up and provide crucial informed information, on time, each time.Jeremy Rosser is a true professional and has a wonderful and kind manner with clients and their whanau. I've been here three times in the last five years. Every time received warm, serious and professional service. I really want to get a hearing aid, but I don't know if I can get help from the government to learn English at DynaSpeak. If I can, I'll get my hearing aid installed right away; otherwise, I'll have to wait until my budget is full.

Triton Hearing really care about their patients and provide a professional and quality service. The staff are honest in their assessments and will not sell you things you don’t need. I would recommend this service for annual checkups and ongoing monitoring.
