Delighted to have discovered the MAKE SHOP people, Alan & Helen, in their K'rd La Gonda arcade hideout! They made me a replacement for a tiny, missing part from a 1/50th scale model fire engine - a double set of floodlights 3D'd from the remaining original part. Friendly, helpful, good communications, etc. Wd use again. Will post photo some time. Thanks!! :---)

I can highly recommend Make Shop! As a non-profit organisation our budget is limited, but the team went out of their way to come up with a wonderful little product for us.It was very well produced and the whole process was made very easy by Helen and her team.Highly recommended!

Had the most amazing customer service with the Make Shop (thanks Alan!). A piece on my child's stroller broke and I could not find a replacement in NZ. Alan went above and beyond and made the whole process incredibly easy. The printed piece works perfectly. Will 1000% be back if I ever need anything else 3D printed. Thanks again!

Alan (and the team) are brilliant. I requested a quote for a 3D Print and he returned quickly not only with the quote but with a few ideas on how to make my product better/stronger. Turn around time was very fast and the end product is brilliant. Will definitely use Make Shop again - thanks again Alan and great work!

Make Shop made this amazing vase! I sent them a 3D print pattern, chose this colour and it has turned out fantastic. The Lego Bouquet flower sets don't have a vase, so having one printed made this set display nicely. Thank you so much for fast creation, delivery, and clear communication. A+++

First time trying out 3D printing for a university assignment, the Makeshop team were very helpful during the process and answered all my questions and concerns. They kept constant contact and the 3D prints turned out way better than I ever expected. The quality is incredible, planning my next order already (:
