This review would be 0.1 if it was possible. A family member went in to look at tiles for her new bathroom and was shocked by her treatment - the older woman staff member was very rude and opinionated, telling my family member that ‘Your taste is very extreme’ - believe me it isn’t, what she wanted is simple.The woman was also incredibly rude to another customer who was in store at the same time.

Great place for professional advice and help. They taught me with very patient advice how to tile. So appreciated. We've now completely renovated our bathroom and kitchen through Tile Trends Tauranga and are now onto the second bathroom. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The help has been tremendous. Very happy with the service. An asset to Tauranga. Highly recommended.
