The PBT Group - Cromwell

Parcel sent from Queenstown to Christchurch is still not showing as delivered after 5 working days plus weekend. No one answers the phone or responds to e-mail queries. Regular post would have been quicker and cheaper, so what is the point of the product? Would have given zero stars but the system won't let me.

Stay away from using services of this company/branch if you can. Unfortunately I have multiple experiences with them so far, all horrible.

An item I ordered was sent to the Cromwell branch and the tracking said that it was just sitting there. I called customer service who then asked the Cromwell PBT Branch where my item was, which they then replied with, We are not going to look for them". I am absolutely gobsmacked at how unprofessional this company is and If I had not called up and asked where my item was

Lost parcels due to the courier leaving item in public area without my authority to leave. Reception sorted out a claim but still have to wait for my replacement.

It has taken far too long for delivery to happen. Was told it would be delivered yesterday, wasn't, isn't here today. Managed to pick one parcel of 2 up but they couldnt find the other parcel, even though it has been scanned into their store...

most useless courier company ever. Delivered package to wrong address, same name except mine is 'road' and they delivered to 'street', basically blamed the incorrect delivery on the company the package was coming from , yet they sent me a package the week before with the same address and it was delivered just fine I had also called PBT prior to delivery as tracking hadn't updated and they asked me for the suburb and postcode . they said they would retrieve it but after waiting a whole day and listening to them say we cant get a hold of the driver, I went to the house myself as I told them I was needing it urgently. The people were lovely and said a PBT van had just collected it not long before I arrived. Have called them again and they are now saying they still cant get a hold of the driver or the depot to find out where it is now, not sure how they cant contact one single person in the depot, maybe you should have a better system in place to actually be able to contact your drivers aswell. what an actual joke this company is.

Just dropped and ran this morning.. no notification.. no text.. no signing.. no nothing..Luckily its not raining.. or goods stolen..It if was raining... would have ruined everything...Terrible service.

It's a real shame that a national company like PBT has let their Cromwell branch slip into such disarray.Never responds to messages left, customer service does not call back when told they will, unwilling to help resolve customer issues and parcels unlocateable plus the driver is never able to be found, same excuses just spun a different way. I ended up physically tracking down the driver myself to find my parcel was on board and had been for a day and a half.Real shame that Microsoft uses their services and it sully's their name.Avoid using them unless you want to do all the work yourself.
