I highly recommend Antoine and his team. Don't unfairly rate them due to a completely unconnected website that is based somewhere else. The level of service that I receive from Antoine is exceptional. He has looked after all of my rental car requirements for any location not just Palmerston North. I have never had any issue whatsoever since he joined the team. I have dealt with him on more than 100 rentals. I have only stayed with Europcar because of him.

Absolutely fantastic service at Europcar Palmerston North. Nothing was an issue and they were so welcoming and friendly. They even gave me a late drop off due to the weather issues. Would highly recommend and will be back!

Customer service absolutely appalling from Yugam. Not clear on English speaking and was so rude over the phone. Nothing but miscommunication being told one thing one day and then a different thing the next day. Stay well away from Europcar and book elsewhere.

Terrible service. Booked our car through the website, said they had available cars . Thought all was set. I called the day before to confirm (thank goodness) and was told sorry, there's no car for you. Caused such stress of having to scramble for a hire car last minute. I'll never use this branch again!!!
