My parcel from Torpedo 7 is 3 days overdue. Finally today's the day. But NO.... I get a ticket in mail box instead saying Sorry I missed you" outright lazy driver walked to my letterbox to post "missed you" card. If he'd opened the gate we were 10 more steps away. We were home.Now have to wait for end of day and get into car to go to post shop in hope it's left there. Don't want to do a redirect as from experience by the time post rearrange delivery it's another 3 days wait. UnbelievableDriver run no. 503 I was home. Go get an office job if you can't do this one. Al you Guys out there

Terrible Service on the Post Office Side, 3 people behind counter, 11 people in line and only one person serving.

Where the chairs to sit at table where you sort out mail to post , one chair one guy sitting in it.3 women standing. Duh!

They do ok but recently I messaged them on face book and told them I needed to redirect the package and told them the address and when they finally delivered it it still went to the address it wasn't ment to go to then I messaged them again and they said that it's already delivered and by my thinking they didnt wanna get it again and so I believe they dont pass the whole message on to the delivery guy and he end up delivering it to the wrong address in hasting hawk'sbay so iv just lost $100 on that package and have given up on it

Hawera nz post old lady tried to sell me a more expensive parcel package and wouldn't sell me a stamp was a rude person so beware she will try convince you to spend more on a parcel
