BP at KMB Construction helped us with completing a sub-division and a new build in Auckland. The site was complicated as it was on an extremely hilly piece of land and there were may dispensations that were granted by Council that needed to be incorporated into the design.BP was extremely responsive, patient with all our queries and concerns and guided us through a complicated process to fruition. He was able to solve construction issues on site without constantly having to rely on the design consultant team due to his extensive knowledge and background in being an Engineer himself. This provided a unique insight and assisted with resolving unforeseen issues that inevitably arise on a construction site.He brought us along the construction journey, his communication was excellent and he kept us abreast of developments on site. We wouldn't have been able to build this house without BP! We highly recommend his services.
