Friendly, efficient, easy. I've been here 3 times (for ultrasound, MRI and x-ray) and they are friendly when booking, run right on time, have super nice staff, and get me in and out quickly. During Level 4 lockdown I sent emails to 2 places asking for an appointment. They called me, made a booking, got me in, and got my results back to my doctor before the other place even returned my call!

Unfortunately the negative feedback I have just read that has been left previously for ARG I have to agree with and have experienced so far at Wairau Center.As a paid service you would expect more in terms of customer service and professionalism.Staff are not very friendly and actually caused me a bit of anxiety returning for a further appointment this week.Luckily my appointment was with René who was lovely and friendly.

I had a growth scan with Sarah today and she was amazing! I dont need anymore scans now but if I did I would 100% make sure I had her again. I explained my difficulties of lying down for the scan and she accommodated me perfectly. Honestly one of the nicest techs I've had and I've met ALOT!!

Sorry but I have to rate this 1 star for now. Went in ARG in wairau for my 2 year old daughter, I don't know if they are trained to somehow make the child comfortable first before doing the x-ray as those 2 ladies (probably around 40-50 yrs old) radiologists are a bit mean to our daughter, they want to rush things and won't let her calm a bit, My daughter was afraid of them because she felt those 2 old ladies are grumpy with her, they tried to give her lollies but when my child won't settle down the other lady grabbed it and took it away since she is not doing well that upset her. I know that it's challenging to do x-ray on kids but please! please! Train them on how to handle and making kids feel that they are safe and they are in a good hand. They even told us to stop it as it is stressful for our daughter and it is stressful for them too???

Great Service. A little delayed there as they had a full house but the wait was comfortable. Lynn did a fantastic Job applying a contrast line. She informed me of a Little scratch which amounted to me not knowing she had actually done it. Thanks Lynn.The MRI team were fantastic. I've had a number of scans over the past year. This team puts you at ease all the way.

I should have read the review before booking as someone went trough exactly the same thing. Booked an appointment a month and a half ago for ultrasound, they reached me a day before saying that trying to change the appointment which was quite a bit of surprise. But then they said we could just stick to the the same time and confirmed. Even more surprising, they called me couple of hours before my booking wanting to change the schedule as the staff is calling sick. Very unprofessional booking system, no back up plan when staff issue. Don't think I would book this place ever again.

Tried to booked for ultrasound scan via a phone, they asked the referral form. So I sent out referral form via email and booked the appointment online with referral form loaded. The website and person on call said they will contact me regarding the booking, but nothing came up until I called them again and got notified that they are not doing unless it's urgent. Great job, now I have to call around to find a place with short notice.
