Ordered two pizzas for delivery at 6:20pm, hour passed from the expected delivery time. Tried calling the store over 50 times but wasnt able to speak to anyone. Ended up driving to the store to ask where tf our food was and was told it was 10 minutes away. Drove back home, received order about 30 minutes later and was given cold pizzas. Too tired, cold and annoyed to drive back to Pizza Hutt to get them remade so we microwaved the Pizzas.

Ordered through DoorDash and the dasher was waiting 15mins for them to make the order as they were running behind. The food arrived and one pizza was burnt to the crisp with pieces of other food debris on it. It was disgusting and the other pizza came with undercooked dough and so thick that it looked like a pie not a pizza. I had to drive all the way there just to say something because they didn’t pick up the calls. Got refunded on DoorDash app which was great but don’t waste your money their food is really bad.

Warning! Before ordering online, ring and check they are actually open. Orders will go through when they are closed. It is random times as well (staff issues). We have had mixed experiences here. It is an okay Pizza Hut for food. But service is awful. We had our food delivered one night and it took over an hour. They brought half the food and the driver ran off when we pointed out it wasn't there. It took us several weeks to get a refund through head office.

Pizza hut can be good not this one however, it's not the first time me or my flat have had issues with this perticuler pizza Hut.Made a delivery order and paid online that would be delivered at 6:10 only 3/5 items showed up the delivery driver promised he'd be right back a hour later no response, attempted to call the store they just let the phone ring and entirely ignored it.The delivery driver who gave me his number also messaged he was coming another hour later no response from him and basically vanished, the food we did get was of solid quality but we still paid for the food we didn't get, which is unfortunate standard delivery timeframe is expected within half an hour of the promised time (I would know I worked at a pizza hut franchise doing everything from frount to back and deliveries and dealing with complaints.)But after two and a half hours of an unreachable store and no information or updates it's basically not going to happen.

SECOND TIME IVE BEEN GIVEN THE WRONG ORDER AND PAID $10.00 MORE FOR IT:Tonight I've placed an order for XL veggie pizza with more stuffed crust. Not only did I not get stuffed crust, but my pizza was luke warm and this is the second time this has happened. I've ordered the pizza via doordash and have yet to he able to speak to someone on the phone at the pizza hut in Newtown in months. I've called literally dozens of times and received no answer. Unfortunately this is the only pizza hut in the area else I would have used another site.

Ordered a large chicken cranberry and large americano - both were in extra large boxes but were extra small - both had wrong ingredients, chicken cranberry had chicken bites and americano had sausage instead of pepperoni. Ordered a large lemonade drink but instead got two small bottles. Absolutely horrible and a waste of money, should’ve just went to domino’s because at least they would have contacted me to notify of change of ingredients and given me the correct size of what I paid for. Horrible service in store when picked up, was not acknowledged for a long time and was not told about the changes to my pizza.

Every time we have ordered online we have received either the wrong pizza or no add ons such as the sauces. We pay extra every time to get those add ons and yet we never receive them. Also received four boxes of hash browns once instead of the sides we had ACTUALLY ordered with no note or explanation as to why. We order pizza every friday and every Friday something has been wrong. Not cool.
