Recently got my tent guy ropes re-attached here. They gave me an email quote within a day, then repaired in two weeks from drop-off. Not the fastest repair (I think they get quite busy) but great no-nonsense service and good communication. Work appears to be to high standard. Cost was reasonable and below quote. I look forward to coming back for all future non-urgent repairs.

What an awesome business! Friendly knowledgeable team, I bought 2 of 4X2 SMALL STACKER POUCH in Ranger green. My Tatonka Bison pack doesn't have any small pockets on the hip supports, and these attach very easily and stay on strong. They only had one in stock, but I just ordered the other one, and they made it up the following week and called me for collection. I also asked about cutting and trimming off my excess length straps on the pack too, which they are able to do

Epic service. Sent my MTB jacket down as the zipper was broken. I called to ensure the jacket arrived and while I was on the phone they opened the bag, and assessed the zip. It needed a new zip runner, he fixed it all while I was on the phone, bagged it, took my payment details and couriered it back to me! Next morning on my desk is my jacket! NOW that is customer service done right. Thank you so much.

I sent my sleeping bag in to remove a bad milky smell. When I picked it up, the smell still remained so I requested a refund and was told one would go through. It has been over a month and haven't received the refund despite 2 follow up emails and calling the store. Twin needle came very highly recommended to me so it has been a disappointing experience.

Amazing service and extremely professional! Replaced zip on a QSC K12 speaker bag with an industrial quality, much better than the original one, plus pathed hokes and fitted new Velcro all for a very reasonable price.Very satisfied! AAA+
