Professional, Knowledgeable and Friendly! As first time vendors the house selling process seemed daunting, But with Shane we needn't have worried! Right from the get go communication was excellent, we were always kept in the loop, and Shane took the time to explain each process and procedure in a friendly and easy to understand way. His knowledge and experience were always evident, and his cool, calm demeanour helped keep us cool and calm as well!
