I have been going to hand therapist Georgia Barnes for a year now . She has recently started her own clinic Hands Matakana. She listens & is a very knowledgeable & experienced therapist. Her new clinic is fully equipped & easy to access. Parking at the door .

Georgia took care of me after her colleague in Wellsford identified an issue I had with my wrist. She walked me through the recovery and understanding of my problem for a couple months. I'm glad I went there as soon as the pain started because she was able to help solve it quite quickly.

Georgia is a kind, thorough and extremely professional therapist. My children have been treated by Georgia for various ligament and muscle damage and broken bones, always reaching great outcomes from consistent treatment and continuous genuine support. I took my son to see Georgia. After 4 weeks of treatment my son was actually quite sad that he wouldn't see Georgia anymore. Not only is she a fantastic therapist who got to the root of the problem straight away, she also has the most amazing interpersonal skills, my son spent more time laughing than worrying about his injury. As a result of Georgia taking time to get to know him he was very compliant when it came to following the instructions of looking after himself in between appointments and his recovery was very speedy.

I took my daughter to see Georgia and I cant recommend her enough. Georgia was professional and caring throughout the appointment, putting myself and my daughter at ease. She diagnosed the problem straight away and was able to treat this and make my daughter comfortable in no time at all.
