Amazing service!!!!Friendly customer service staff who asked all the right questions to ensure we ended up with a product we would be happy with.Ordered a piece of glass late Friday afternoon and had it delivered first thing Wednesday morning. Also ordered some rubber bump stops after the glass had been delivered and had this within 5 minutes of the email being sent.Also came in under the quoted price.Cannot fault anything, absolutely amazing :)

Fantastic service, thank you. Came out the next day, a Saturday, at no extra charge to make sure my house was secure. I’d rung a couple of other companies who wouldn’t be able to come for a week.Polite when he came, quick, efficient, clean and tidy job.Highly recommend.

Highly recommended! We had Replacement Display Cabinet Glass cut for our main jewellery cabinets. These guys gave us not only the best price in Chch but also amazing service & went out of their way to ensure we were extremely well looked after with a quality product. The glass broke in our back door from the wind they were here within an hour to fix it even though they're probably busy. Good service would recommend! We're getting them back next week as well to put our cat door in a different door and will use them from now on

Abysmal service. Cranfield Glass were advised of a major security risk with large glass window on the main street of Christchurch being broken. They were given the claim # from the insurance company and advised the claim had been accepted. After many calls asking what was going on , two weeks later they sent an email saying that product for the job (which takes 3 more days to get) would not be ordered until the excess was received. After many years in the glass industry, I was appalled and told them to cancel the job. Halswell Glass attended straight away and will have the job completed in 3 days.
