Perfect locationGreat view of Auckland city and the harbor bridge, yet in a calm area where you can enjoy a good walk.The studio size, its bedroom, bathroom, and kitchen are spacious and well maintained.I can highly recommend this hotel

Great place to stay , nice and quiet and a wonderful walk for the morning, if you are booking try and get a Harbour view room 2nd or 3rd floor, this hotel is more like non serviced apartments we were there for 4 nights and our room was not stocked up nor serviced, we had to ask for clean towels which was fine but it is advertised as a hotel, they did have a leaflet in the room stating they only serviced changed sheets etc on the third day due to covid (someone needs to let them know we are all trying to get back to normal and its a bad excuse to use now)and don't work public holidays, there was a rubbish bin on the deck with dirty nappies in and by the smell it had been there for some time and the balcony on the ground floor room we also had needed a good sweep , a little more attention to the cleaning would be great ,the hotel is undergoing up grades and I'm sure once they are fully operational it will once again be an amazing place to stay , and yes we would stay again. Value for money maybe a 3 out of 5

Unbeatable location to embrace one of the best view of Tamaki Makaurau Auckland, the city of sails! Book rooms with a view if possible. Thanks for the great hospitality!

Place is really rough. Looks like it was flooded. Carpets all wet/stained. Wonder if it was a government COVID quarantine hotel?

Was ok got in late no one on reception but our key was on the front desk for us. Room was ok the fold out couch bed and dishwasher were inoperable. Some minor room maintenance is required. Still though an excellent venue, will come back next summer.

The view is amazing, you get a full picture of Auckland City skyline, and it looks absolutely amazing at night. Parking is rather tight but perfect for smaller sedans while struggling for Special utility vehicles and Utes. The rooms have an odd smell but are not disgusting. The 4 person rooms include a ensuite, and a secondary bathroom which does not include a shower. The ensuite is located in the 2 bed bedroom while the master doesn't have an ensuite. Hotel staff are present most of the time, and are very helpful with needs. Shower is satisfactory, not the pressure we were hoping for but still brings comfort. Location is great, as traffic flow is regular but not jammed. You are able to see your car park from your room which is great for security reasons.

This may have been a 4* hotel at best when the restaurant was running, the floors were not stained and the area itself was thriving.However, I was recently here for a work trip and can safely say I have no desire to ever return to Bayswater again.The restaurant was closed indefinitely from what we could gather. The room was dingy, the TVs provided in the rooms were ancient and barely worked. My toilet wouldn't flush after the first night.As for the location. Bayswater was barron. Boarded up stores, closed restaurants. Sad to see the affects of too many lockdowns.

The people above us are so loud full blast on there speaker and bang after bang, stomping and yelling. Definitely won't be back. Reception isn't here to stop the issue. I cannot sleep it's 1am
