music was good but i 100% wouldn’t recommend going here if u have caps on ur teeth as they have uv lights only so they glow in the dark and it’s hella embarrassing

Very unprofessional club. Bouncer needs more training how to interact with people and they can’t touch people specially women and they can’t touch in appropriate manner. Management needs to focus on staff training and how to handle your customers. Staff are so unprofessional they end up started throwing water on one of friend who was alcohol toddler.Highly not recommend for women and single ladies.

My partner n I walked up to the line. When one of the bouncers wouldn’t let me in cause I had leggings on. But every other time I was accepted to go inside without any problems. Since when does sapphire have dress code, cause they never did. That islander bouncer was rude as hell.

Went here last night and was disappointed by the atmosphere and facilities. Small dance floor with nowhere to sit down, VIP area was a joke. Music kept changing after 5 seconds so you couldnt enjoy it long enough to actually dance along.Not worth the entrance fee - try some of the other clubs nearby.

After reading dozens of bad reviews regarding the owner and the bouncers, ive decided to tell my story too.Me, my bf and his friends were bar hoping to visit Aucklands nightlife and had no problem getting in with our canadian id's.We arrived at the Sapphires bouncers and showed them two valid canadian id's each and they refused to let us in. We tried to explain them that it was valid and even showed them a picture of our passport but they still wouldnt want to hear anything. After arguing for a little bit, my bf finished the argument by calling them goofs and we Left immediatly. As we were already walking away, 2 bouncers came after my bf and as one of them was holding me the other one punched him in the face and then a few more bouncers were circling him.Disgusting
