This place is amazing. It is all a young or senior player need what club can't give you. My son improved as a complete player just in a few months and still keep improving.

I began training Kieran nearly a year ago now and he has improved me as a player so much. When we first started I didn’t even know how to run properly! He has amazing knowledge for football and is very good ant coaching this knowledge into you. The best thing about it is he is so passionate about making people improve; he builds a great relationship with you which makes you really want to get better as well. His style of coaching aggravated in any way, and all of his feedback is constructed and easy to understand, he knows improvement comes slowly so isn’t frustrated when you get things right straight away, or for a whole session. He is always open for questions and loves it when you come to him asking for help in his own time, because he knows how much you care about working with him and how much you want to improve. I highly recommend Kieran and EDA if you want to improve with football or general sprinting mechanics or strength, as his drills can be flexible to multiple sports.
