Great price, great service! Easy online booking process & love the all inclusive no excess option for a very reasonable price. Convenient airport pick up & drop off - Car I booked was an older model but price reflected this and it was absolutely fine. Would Definately use Ace again.

Really great customer service.The high winds took out the power to the petrol station so I returned it unfilled, then the wife left her phone in the car. We only noticed once we were at the gate. The young lady ran to the car and got the phone through customs to us and didn't charge us the service fee to fill up as it wasn't our fault. Thanks so much. The car was also nice and easy airport parking

Absolute lack of customer service. Plastic part flew off somewhere during rental period. Now, this is not because we hit something or took it home as a souvenir, but because the car is super old so the part was loose and came off. Got charged NZD$2000 excess fee on return with a promise to assess damage and issue refund within 20 business days. This was now over a month ago; I called and was told they can’t help, I emailed more than once and got absolutely no response and they are still keeping my $2000. Worst experience. Hopefully something gets done because this is unacceptable.

No problems with pickup. Had pre-booked and pre paid so was in and out within five minutes. Easy to find on lot and no problems with our return trip to Picton. Drop off easy, just drop keys into drop box. No hassles and would use again. Price average but only booked a day prior so what I expected.

Good price. Good reliable car. Friendly behind the counter. But when my battery went flat (my fault) & I was only a few km from airport with a plane to catch why not just get someone to drive the minimal distance for a jump start. The farmer with his trailer full of dead lambs & calves helped.

Easy pickup at the airport with the 2 year old corolla parked 10 meters away. Everything as described on the website and nice and clean.Return was simple also with no questions asked.Good pricing and easy service, couldnt ask for more.

Very pleasant experience using Ace at Dunedin. Picked up from Airport at Dunedin and dropped off at Queenstown. Staff at both ends were very friendly and helpful. Super easy process. Car was great. Modern, clean, no issues. Free shuttle bus back to the airport after drop off. Would recommend and use again!

Staff members are friendly, helpful, and thoughtful eventhough it seems that they are short-staffed. Their counter is shared with Hertz car rental, and if no one in the booth, just pick-up the phone and wait for 5 seconds, and you'll be connected to their mobile number. Their car is good or at least decent, and everything is as described in their website. It's recommended to purchase the insurance for the peace of mind and ease of return. When you return the car, just park under the yellow sign, or if they are all occupied, you can park under the green sign. They also accept American Express cards.

A pleasant and easy check-in process. Super easy to find the car and the car is in great condition.The lady behind the desk who served me was very informative but made a couple of comments towards me that made me feel like I was putting her out because we were a late arrival. So that was a little bit unpleasant.But happy with the speed and ease. So thank you.
