I am absolutely appalled at the rudeness of the barista on this mornings shift @ 7:20am, and waited for what seemed like an eternity for my coffee, whilst the barista gossiped to another staff member. I had to ask if one of the coffees sitting to the side was mine, and she snapped yes, I advised her it would have been polite of her to let me know rather than me stand there waiting, her response was absolutely disgusting and she was muttering as I was leaving she was mouthing off to me...I will never return to this establishment, I will be driving past in the future, rude service and mediocre coffee. Not the first time I have had bad service here. The worst BP I've delt with in my years traveling NZ

I bought a cappuccino last time early in the morning, and what a surprise when I lift it and feels pretty nothing a have a look, and of course, it was empty. Really disappointed.. Also, customer service could be better!.

Went in on Wednesday morning 6am to order 3 coffees. The shop was very busy but the young lady behind the counter was extremely efficient and was able to serve and make great coffees all at the same time. Well done her. Come on management give her a hand.

How ridiculous, Called into Wild Bean Dannevirke at 7.30pm 12/08/20 only to be the coffee machine is turned off for the night! No other offers of assistance. Rude lady and customer service straight from last century.. WONT BE BACK!
