Met Miles the first time I went into the store. What an awesome guy!! He was passionate and knowledgeable on the well-being of dogs, and gave me samples to try out instead of selling products. I’d highly recommend this shop to everyone who love to see their pets living a healthy life!

Will not be returning to this shop. I have been buying my Dogs food from this shop even before it became a Feed Shack for quite a few years. Over the last couple of years they never have my food in the size bag i use. I have been very Loyal to this shop and the Owner didn't give a toss. I went to the Petstock Northwood Brilliant friendly service. Your Loss Feed Shack

The feed shack is our go to place for anything dog or cat related. Always greeted warmly by the owner and staff who have amazing knowledge about food types and are always incredibly helpful. I always tell people to go to the Feed Shack for personalised and attentive service because I know they won't be disappointed.

Buyer beware. I do not trust this place. I have been going there to get my dog food for some time and last time was told I was due a free bag of dog food. They would not give me the free bag at the time as it is not their policy. When I did go back in they had redone my stamp card and suddenly I still have five bags to purchase before a free one. They told me some of the stamps on my old card had expired. This is a total rip off and I don’t think it is lawful
