JAE Carpet Cleaning Rodney

I wish I had taken a before photo because they performed magic. My natural coloured sofas were about to get replaced but we gave them one last chance... AMAZING!!! LIKE NEW! And they were very bad! As for the carpets.. Our kids did a number on our beige wool carpets over the years and they also are like new. I am so grateful and thrilled! Thank you!!!!!

I asked 2 companies to quote. Jae was the most efficient and had Rodney services with out additional travel fees!Office staff were happy to and took the time to discuss cleaning process and answer my questions.Tim cleaned our 2 couches. Arrived on time, was very friendly and did a fantastic job.Our couches have come up beautifully! Would never waste my time with self-hire options again!Overall great service and friendly team.

I have used Jae on two separate occasions and have been extremely happy with their work! I had two upholstered chairs and 1 sofa cleaned and they look brand new! Then I had them return and clean the carpet and Tim did a fantastic job with that too! I would definitely recommend them to anyone that asked! Thanks so much! Kim

We've been using JAE Rodney for several years now to do an annual carpet and sofa clean. Tim does an amazing job at rectifying months of dirty feet and drink spills. Our carpet comes up looking great, and it certainly adds to its longevity. Thanks Tim and JAE Rodney

We had 2 tea stains which my son had attempted to clean by various means. We thought he may have set the stains. Tim from Jae did a brilliant job and both stains have been removed completely. We rang 9am Monday and her was there 2pm the same day.He cleans with Hi tech gear from his van. This is no basic Rug Doctor clean.Highly recommended.

One of their technicians came to treat two of my carpets for cat urine. They saturated one of the carpets so badly that the skirting swelled up damaging it. After a further treatment as they demanded it required it and a couple of days later Tim returned to re-lay the carpet. After completing the work Tim advised me the skirting was damaged! The swollen skirting caused BY THEM was now completely wrecked by HIM relaying the carpet! He then claimed it was like that when they started which was complete lies! They didn’t even clean the carpet after they treated either. To top it all the treatment hasn’t worked and I now have to replace the carpet and skirting! I do NOT recommend using this company!!!!!!Absolutely DO NOT recommend Jae’s carpet cleaning Rodney!!!I would also like to highlight the skirtings were NOT damaged prior to the treatment as Jae’s claim in their response below and I am the owner NOT the occupant! AND I was NEVER shown any photos and no photos were taken prior to Jae’s starting any work! Show me photos and the date and time stamps on the photos!Jae’s are lying and I shall be reporting them given their blatant lies!Why did Tim not advise me that he can’t lay the carpet without wrecking the skirtings even further more instead of damaging them to the point of no return and then telling me just as he runs out the door! Tim couldn’t look me in the eye and waited until he had completely wrecked the skirtings to notify me of his horrendous work!DO NOT use this company!!!!The company I used to replace Jae’s disasterous and damaging work were not shy about telling me they too had heard bad things about Jae’s in Rodney. The company that fixed the disasterous and damaging work Jae’s had done also informed me they were somewhat surprised to be asked one time by Tim whilst they were on a job how to lay a carpet which demonstrates they do not know what they are doing!!I should also like to point out that prior to posting my review I noticed Tim had rated Jae’s in Rodney and gave it 5 stars! I reported this immediately as it is a major conflict of interest as he works there! There is no honesty in his dishonesty! Stay clear from these cowboys!!!Seriously unprofessional, useless and lying carpet cleaning cowboys!!!!

I have had Tim from Jae come and clean our couches + bench seats a handful of times now. They provide such a great service, easy to communicate with and friendly. The results we get are so good, as we have a toddler and a dog living in the house with us, as you can imainge the couch gets very grubby and we have been so happy with how it turns out every time. We have recommended Jae Rodney to a lot of people we know, family members and clients! Thanks again Tim!

We had a flood from the laundry on the Sunday of a holiday weekend. Tim from Jaes Rodney turned up promptly and saved our new carpet and prevented any damage. He had the gear to vacuum up the water from the carpets, then put in dehumidifiers and fans which quickly dried the place out. He came back every 24 hours to monitor the moisture levels in both the walls and carpets and ensured that the place was drying out properly.As some of the carpet had to be pulled up, once dried, it was fixed neatly back into place and cleaned. He even dealt with a stain that I thought was permanent ! A really professional friendly and helpful operator. If I am going to have carpets cleaned in future, I will be using these guys, they really saved the day for me !
