Probably the worst dairy I’ve ever been to, lady behind the counter is extremely rude and accusatory.

I try and make it to this Four Square at less ones all twice a week. As like to support a local business in Newtown and really don't like Countdown. Also the two people that work there a super nice and kind. Also give good service.

If you wanting to feel belittled, go to this store you'll get your moneys worth.If you like to be racially profiled, accused as a theft and have the police called on you because you are Māori and wearing a hoodie then this shop is for you.And bystanders will come free as we all know there will always be nosey Karen's lurking around.

Went there with my three year old daughter today and while paying and being simultaneously on the phone, the female behind the counter started having a go at me for my daughter being too close to another customer. I told her she has a disability and does not understand. She then called me disabled and uneducated, and told me to get out of her store. I screamed back at her and told her I never want to go back there anyway. Thinking of ringing the Disability Commission over her disparaging comments.

The woman behind the counter is one of the most exceptionally rude people I have ever met. I work in healthcare and went there for food on my break and had abuse yelled at me for using the Apple Pay on my phone as opposed to my eftpos card which I had left at home. I kept calm and polite throughout her yelling, and when she refused me service I simply said okay and walked out. Safe to say I won’t be going back. Awful woman. She is unkind and belligerent.

The woman who works here is very rude. My husband and I went to this shop while visiting my sick father in hospital and the shop keeper was having an altercation with another customer. Once the customer left the shop the shop keeper started having a go at me for not intervening in their argument. She is very aggressive and rude and I definitely wont shop there again.

Absolutely awful lady who works there. Extremely rude and 0 customer service skills. When advised to pull mask down to prove ID she then in a very passive aggressive manner told me nobody would ever ask too to take mask off! Think you’ll find they do actually! How else are you meant to prove age?She also told me she doesn’t understand my generation??? Most 27 year olds I meet are far more polite and respectful than she will ever be.Started my day off really badly and people like this should not be in customer facing roles.Glad I’m not the only one who has had a bad experience here. Avoid at all costs as there are far nicer dairies to give the custom to. This place needs to be closed down.

The lady that works there is very rude and antagonistic

Stopped to grab a quick drink and a snack. I'm outside, minding my own business, eating my recent purchases and the female owner comes out and starts giving me grief for leaning on her wall and locking my bike to her post. I'm left thinking I just spent money in your shop and this is how you treat your customers." Absolutely pathetic!"

Great and friendly service from the owner.Always has a good deal on, and does recognise that some people are looking for treats for hospital patients.I have always had great experiences here like the time the owner heated up a specific pie I wanted for dinner.
