Hadn’t been to Narita for quite awhile. Think they may have new owners, the food was awesome. Service was quick and the food arrived pretty rapidly. Can recommend the spicy seafood ramen! Will definitely be back.

one of the most unsatisfied restaurant experience in new Zealand. Kitchen forget to cook the order. Well everyone makes mistake. However, the manager's reply is not about apologize, but ask me to pay. New levels of service, the bottom one. But still have one star as some dish of my order comes to my table.

Under new management a while ago.We had beef bento ($28.90) + fish bento ($27.90) at lunch today. Presentation was not appealing at all. Sashimi was not fresh enough. Tempura was not cooked properly. Most of all, they just microwaved almost everything and served in 5 minutes. Terrible experience. Definitely not recommended.

Took my partner out for birthday dinner, loved everything about it. Food was very well prepared and served, lovely staff, beautiful meal. I will be back for sure :)

I went here for our dinner with my wife and 3 kids. We’ve eaten here before and nothing was wrong. This time we came some things changed.1. The Okosama Dinner didn’t match with menu when it said that it would have a chicken sushi.2. The chicken tasted very bitter and it was really wet. I could tell that it wasn’t fresh as it had a stinky smell to it.We planned this night at Narita here because we thought that it would have been very good and enjoyable. But this ruined it as we might not come here again.Wouldn’t recommend.
