Amazing service, hybrid battery in my 2012 Toyota Aqua showed up in diagnostic test as needed replacing, the team were prompt in sourcing me another battery pack for it and also showed me a couple of tricks with my car I didn't know. There is another niggle with the car, but will have them sort that in the new year. My car is still with them awaiting the new battery, but I'm happy to write this review now

Ross and Tarsh are awesome. Best experience ever from any automotive professional. Great humour too! Thought I’d fried my electronics from being asleep at the wheel and hooking my new battery up in reverse. They took my highlander in the next morning via a tow truck, which was a Friday, and started to work on it instantly. After my initial panic from making the google mistake of worst case scenarios, Ross assured me that all was not lost. By Monday lunchtime everything was resolved and better than before my mishap. So stoked with your service and knowledge. Highly recommend to anyone. If anything you’re probably too cheap!!!Thanks guys appreciate it… AAA
