Tommy and his offside did such a good job of removing our hot water cylinder and installing an infinity we had no hesitation in getting them back when it was time to renovate our kitchen. Denise in the office was helpful and friendly also.

Booked to do a job at 7am, repeatedly said they were ten minutes away. Never showed up. Finally responded after midday, saying I'm now unable to do it.Absolute joke.

was called to fix a gas boiler on rental some time back, spent more time saying the original install was bad and unsafe, then fixed it without changing unsafe issues and bill included all the time spent complaining then still didnt work then Linz fixed it
