A very good and trouble-free experience. I'm very happy with the blinds and the whole process. Ben was very professional and knew exactly which blind colours would suit my home the best. I wanted to especially thank Toby who was very professional with the blinds installation. He cleaned up the rubbish after installing which I was very surprised with. The price is very reasonable and I am happy I picked the right blinds company!

Hard to fault the service or the product which was everything we hoped it would be. Third time I have used Venluree, sometimes you need to pay for quality.

Don't waste your time. She came 6 weeks ago to measure for whole house lot (5 bedroom house) had whole van of prints and showed us very little. Not a very good selection. But we managed to settle in something that was adequate. Sadly we are still waiting on the quote. So we have had no curtains for months now, and she advised time to make them would be approx 3 months.Absolutely no contact to explain the delay in preparing the quote. Not impressed, and really wanted their blinds so we're prepared to wait the long manufacture time but we have wasted half of it waiting for the quote to arrive. But Harrisons are coming later this week so they can have our 15k instead.

I never felt rushed into making a decision. Anne listened to what I wanted and had many great ideas and suggestions. The curtains are now hung and I just love them. The service was great, the curtains made on time. I absolutely recommend Venluree.

Excellent service and very happy with the quality of their blinds and curtains.Anne Tankard also sorted a problem with an existing blind of her own accord. We have used them for fly screens previously and another excellent product.

I highly recommend Ben & the Venluree team. This company was amazing to deal with right from the beginning. Ben is so professional, experienced in the industry and really knows his stuff. Fantastic communication and the consultation I had with him when planning the drapes and shutters was amazing. I wasnt exactly sure what I wanted or what my options were but he made some really great recommendations and has made the entire house really pop with his suggestions. It has made our house feel like a home now and we couldn't fault any of it. Really good quality products and the install was seamless. Great pricing as well. We love our new blinds and how they've transformed our rooms! The quality and pricing are fantastic, and the in person service and install are great. Only left off one star as the online/email communication was a little slow/lacking. Can't wait to get more blinds installed through the rest of the house!The sheer and block-out honeycomb blind all in one combination in our bedroom is a game changer and the block-out honeycomb blinds in our office make a world of difference in keeping the heat both out (summer) and in (winter). Never thought blinds could make such a difference, but that's probably because we're used to ones of lesser quality. Definitely recommending these to friends (we were recommended them by family in the first place!).

Anne is very friendly, patient, informative and knows her stuff when it comes to styles and blinds! She was a great help when we needed to get blinds and screen doors for our house.
