Turners Cars Te Rapa Road

Over all not very impressed with the quality of the service or the organizational structure. Did a trade plus cash on a new vehicle, part of the purchase deal was a fresh rego and warrent which were both expired by a week. They assured me they would put these on my new vehicle and allowed me to leave the yard with a completely illegal vehicle. I then had to call them up days later and ask why it hadn't been sorted. They provided me with a loan vehicle and were to get the wof and rego sorted for my new vehicle, after all this mucking around they got the wof sorted but still failed to put rego on. I ended up buying my own rego. Overall not very impressive from a car yard with such a great reputation and disappointed and out of pocket.

More uneducated salespeople on sites. Looked at a trade in. To be told by salesman my car has a blown engine, which it doesn't. Then quotes incorrect cars at lower prices in an attempt to lowball.

If I could give you a negative 5 star I would gladly. Low ball offer is one thing then there’s straight rudeness. There’s no reason to call our car rubbish when it could easily sell for more and we know you would sell it for no less then $13,000! Absolutely stay away from them if you would like to sell your car for what it’s actually worth. Even if you sell to a dealer, go elsewhere or sell privately! I remember visiting Turners with my dad when I was younger and I guess 10 years later and in a different city they still seem to be the same clowns.

Went to buy a honda fit 2004 from theses guys sent a lower cash offer on the car was interested in they were happy. When got there Stewart was not Pushy and let us take for test drive, let me do finance on the computer with my provider,Best of all they took care of the rego for 3 months andThey Also put $60.00 fuel in the car -Very impressed and have been spreading the word since -well done guys -Regards Darrel

My partner and I went to Turners in Te Rapa for an appraisal for her car and felt low balled by John. When he came to us with his offer of $1500 he came across quite rude, and denied the existence of a similar car for significantly more on their website. The car we saw is the same model, more kms and older than my partners car and is for sale for over $6000. He looked shocked when we mentioned this car and replied I don't know anything about this car but it must have super low kms." The car online is at 138
