Always super quick once dispatched each Wednesday.It was collected Wednesday at 2:30pm and arrived on Waiheke at 9:45am the next day.I can’t wait to smoke/BBQ my whole Brisket, it looks great!

i have travelled extensively and eaten in the top stake Restaurantsin Chicago /new york /tokyoi ordered your surlion and found it not so tender,your idea of marbling doesnt correspond with US Grain Fed Beef and or japanese stake ,your presentation and information are very goodbut make one believe its going to be so so good ,but alas quite ordinary,last week i got a sirlion for new world at $28/kg and it was better than yours.If you want to improve the tenderns of your beef it needs to be grain fed for one month before slaughter
