Not sure who runs the machinery auctions but It's an absolute shambles. One example: Pallet of sheet metal, That's literally it! Could no one lean over and count the bloody sheets! Hate this company. Does any management think they are losing money due to this kind of laziness?

I had really positive experience with intelligent and respectful salespeople at Turners. I'm a fussy buyer, with sales service being a big part of the decision of where I will spend my money. I don't think anyone would be dissapointed with these guys.

The sales people were friendly and accommodating. They didn't mind that we wanted to take the car out for more than one test drive to help make up our minds. They were knowledgeable about the vehicle, and were happy to talk in depth about it.

Really impressed with the level of customer service at both Turners, Wellington city and Porirua. Staff were friendly and helpful and I found wait times to be short even though I didn’t make any bookings. I hope I will find my car through Turners.

Turners web site is easy to short list cars your interested in following to possibly buy. I Have brought a few cars at Turners, you must always do your home work and test drive prior to bidding or buying online

Processing the paperwork took an extended amount of time due to technical issues at your Porirua office, making me wait an additional ~2 hours to drive away with my purchase. Staff was helpful and friendly throughout the process though and I believe things would be much smoother at most other times of the year (this was Dec 27)

Possibly the wrong location for this type of dealer. As compared with the current dealership's on the same street, their cars on offer are suited more towards the cheaper buyer and either in the suburbs or online market. But staff were friendly.
