My son was told he has a job with a freight company potentially permanent if he does well in 90 day trial cool but the lack of communication from Desmond at the east Tamaki branch is a joke! You either have jobs and start dates or you don't! Stop mucking these kids around and give them definite start dates and times so they can arrange transport etc not them having to panick or stress trying to contact you cause all they know is 6:30am Monday otara? Then you don't respond till after 7pm Sunday night saying probably start you Tuesday not even confident about that meanwhile they have done everything you asked even got accommodation and transport sorted do your job properly its not casual work it's a company looking for permanent staff according to you!? Not impressed at all if I was an employer and found out this is how Mackey mouse alignz is I'd drop them

Great team! Very professional and transparent. Not like other agencies that lie and promise you the world. I can see some complaints regarding IDs? I've worked with and signed with agencies and understand it is standard process to take along 2 x ID's for their team to identify who you are. Similar to many direct permanent roles. Great honest people!! Keep up the awesome work Alignz!
