Stitch N Time

I had a really great experience with Stitch N Time back in January 2020. I showed up on short notice to get my figure skating dress hemmed. The owner was very accommodating and got it done for me within 48 hrs. A very positive experience!

It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Kate. She truely goes above and beyond to cater to whatever needs I come to her with. I highly recommend her for any of your clothing requirements. Thank you for all your help and kindness ❤️

I got two pairs of work pants taken up, both were different lengths - one was grossly too short, brought it to the owner attention and was told it was bul***it and ridiculous. And then I was informed I could either pay an extra $80 ($40 dollar for each) for the mistake to be fixed, or deal with it. I was then kicked out of the store when the owner refused to amend her poor quality of service with no further solution or apology made. Very disappointing as a local. Do not expect quality service or services from this place. Hostile and unprofessional.***Two days later afrer the review above***In response to this The owner has tracked me down my place of work and is trying to blackmail me into taking it down. Her Effort is being wasted on antagonism rather than a resolution, very disappointing and further showing her unprofessional conduct.

Fantastic service at a great price! Had a pair of jeans perfectly altered and and pair fixed when I thought they were gone for good. Highly recommend

I have had many alterations done by Kate over many years I love her honesty if I bring in something that can't be done she says no rather than trying to do it half succeeding and we both walk away unhappy. She has fantastic service she works hard to keep her business afloat and I'm always so happy with her work. I still wear things she has altered 5+ years ago - thanks Kate you fab!

About a year ago I brought in my puffer jacket with a hole in the sleeve. I was really impressed with the repair, fast & easy, affordable & she managed to perfectly match the colour too! It’s nice to have a good local business to support!

We are on holidays in Queenstown and needed my daughter's fave jeans repaired after being torn on a bike chain. I messaged Kate through the Facebook page, and although not officially open, she offered use of the 'drop' service. I dropped the jeans into the box of the centrally located shop, and a couple of hours later they were done! The quality of the work is fantastic (they even exceeded the expectations of a fussy 15 yr old!). Really happy with everything - communication and workmanship were excellent. Thanks Kate!
