Great motorcycle shop, helped me a great deal a few years ago when I was renovating an old motorbike and they did all the vapour blasting on the engine cases.Walked in after not being in the store for 2 years and they knew my name as I walked into the store wearing a mask.Nothing beats great personal service!Will be back for my next bike.

These guys love their scooters. I havn't met another set of guys and gals that love vespas as much. Plus NTB did do what other service centres said they couldn't and my Vespa has never run so smooth. Thanks heaps NTB.

Superior service, have brought in my 2019 Forza Capri LX a few times, once for a quote, once for a full service and driveline replacement and once more for some bulbs and a rectifier. BEST service I have ever had, this family owned business continues to provide competitive pricing and the best after sales support I have ever had. My next purchase WILL be from here. Communication has been the highlight of my experience here. I would 10/10 reccomend this to absolutely anyone wanting a cheaper commute or a cheap, quick and easy fix for their moped or scooter!

Honestly the best.I'm a student who moved by myself here from the UK, and Angela has basically mothered me through the whole process, and gone out her way to make sure I am going to be completely safe - even ensuring my vehicle was delivered to me when plans suddenly changed, and even basically sorting my entire insurance for me.Can't rate them highly enough!

The mechanic was simply superb. Didn’t yet get the service done but he described all the problems my bike might have. Will surely take service from them soon.

Took my Vespa et2 for a service and was given really poor communication. Didn’t receive any updates for a month until I enquired them myself. They still didn’t know what was going on and the Vespa still hadn’t been seen. They took about a month to finish it up and was given the bill invoice at night, telling me I had to pay by the next day. The one thing I asked when I took my Vespa in was a new stand as my previous one is broken and after being there a little over a month when I got it back the stand wasn’t touched. They didn’t know if they had ordered it or not, was just a complete waste of my time and money. I was also given an estimate (after I asked for one) and they came back saying 500-600, when the actually invoice happened to be more than 350-400 more. The incompetency shown throughout my experience was ridiculous. I never write reviews like this ever but unfortunately I am very disappointed.

Very receptive on arrival. Listened to my concerns regarding the work required on my bike. Very engaged. Bike went straight up on the hoist for work to commence at their leisure... nice
