The people are friendly but if theyre paying you for something thats not the benifit they will muck you around soooooo much. I'm did home help with them (its not a benifit but i do get paid) and the payments were delayed and most of the time short and still after 2 months im waiting for my last payment, from 2 months ago and they just have exscuses on exscuses. Theyll say things like oh we need to contact the head manager, oh sorry well contact the other manager , we lost your timesheet in the system can you bring in your photocopy. But yeah my family and i a real patient so we try not to make a big fuss about it but thought i'd warn you.

Very welcoming staffs and very helpful.Angela, the lady in the general enquiries, has help me with the documents I need. The securities were also so welcoming, they even get the lady a chair while waiting in the line.
