These people steal cars, extremely dodgy, stay away!!! Please don't get involved with these people in any way!

Will never use this company again.While delivering a bin the driver damaged the spouting and downpipe on the garage. This was witnessed by my neighbour and I provided a photo of the damage. The driver denied that it happened and the company refused to repair or compensate for the damage caused. Had to give a 1 star rating as unable to post review without star.

If I could give zero I would! Despicable, rude and not worth your business! Pay extra.and go with another company.....you won't be sorry.

That's the worst service I have met from this company, no credit, rude, won't be use any more.

Won’t use these guys again, they picked up a half empty bin a week after dropping it with no warning that they do week only hire, a waste of time and money!

Disgusting phone receptionists! Rude and obnoxious. First lady kept on asking me for my details...after the THIRD time answering her...she told me I WAS the rude one.I called back getting a lady called Dianne (got the name this time!) Asked to speak to the manager...she rudy advised nobody was available then the line went silent. After 60 odd seconds she comes back and says. ..nobody is available to speak to you they'll have to call you back.The manners of these people are UNBELIEVABLE ...I'm NEVER calling your establishment again to give you ANY of my business. Guttered for you also cause I wanted something long term! Sort it out...(Edit....I wonder why they've gone bust & shut shop!!)

We have used this firm dozens of times over several years. We are a commercial user. You can pay double the price for a slightly better service but how much are you willing to pay for dumping dirt.There have not been any issues. Rule number 1. Don't hire the bin unless you want to fill it same day. 2. Don't have them perform miracles getting on to the property its a big truck.Some of the claims on here are not appropriate. One is not legal.

Go elsewhere relations. All these pplz reviews are true. Save yourself the abuse and agony use woods waste/upper hutt binhire or anybody else They are localy owned as well.
